Donations in lieu of flowers

Many people ask friends and family to make donations to Isabel Hospice instead of sending funeral flowers. These donations can be made tax efficient if we have the appropriate gift aid declarations.

Our form for donations in lieu of flowers (click below to view) is designed to help you.

The person making the donation can print off and complete the form, then send it either to Isabel Hospice or to the funeral director with their donation. The address for our Head Office has changed to 61 Bridge Road East, Welwyn Garden City, Al7 1JR. Please send your forms to this address until the form is updated.

Donors can be assured that we will not put their details on our database unless they specifically ask us to, and the information will be used solely for Inland Revenue audit purposes.
