The venue, Molewood Lodge, Molewood Road, Hertford, Herts SG14 3LT is a 10 minute walk form Herford North station where parking is reccomended as it is limited on site.

10th Anniversary Chain Walk2010 marks the 10th Anniversary of the Isabel Hospice Chain Walk. This year there are 2 new walks added to the already 17 strong walks which form a chain around the area in which we care for people. Each lead walk is circular with a break at a pub for lunch. Walks are between 8 and 12 miles in distance. 2 New Walks.

The anniversary walk will start and finish at the beautiful grounds of Ramblers Worldwide Holidays in Lemsford Village. This walk will be lead by a professional walk leader who will give walkers a taste of a Ramblers Worldwide holiday. There will be a celebration at the Mill on return and walkers will have the opportunity to see the walks on offer by Ramblers Worldwide Holidays.

Its a Jungle Out There and this is no holiday!With less than three weeks to go until we set off on our big jungle adventure it's no surprise that our packing lists are out and the ticking off of items has begun. Jelly babies , check. Inflatable pillow, check. Anti-chip nail polish that matches midnight blue backpack – check.
No seriously, I promise you our 30-litre back packs will only be filled with sensibly selected survival equipment, the bare essentials. After all, we have to carry what we pack so the decision on what goes in and what stays at home won't be taken lightly.

Please come along and support Isabel Hospice by visiting these beautiful gardens. Mature 4½-acre garden surrounding C16 farmhouse (not open). It is both an architectural and a plantsman's garden with an immaculate kitchen garden. Good use has been made of walls and hedges to shelter borders filled with a mixture of shrubs, foliage plants and unusual perennials. Mown paths through rough grass reveal glimpses of countryside beyond. Petanque court.
