Join us at 3pm on the 17th June to remember someone special. Our short, uplifting ceremony will include poems and songs and the planting of your wooden sunflower.
Collect your wooden sunflower, upon which the name of your loved one will be handwritten. Place it in the pots, and see the Garden of Memories grow, as other families do the same.
Each dedication enable us to continue to provide our free palliative care to local people, living with life-shortening illnesses.
How to dedicate
Dedicating is easy... just click on the button below. This new online Garden of Memories wall allows you to leave photos and a personalised message. You can collect your named sunflower at the ceremony.
