Garden of Memories You are invited to join us to remember your loved ones and reflect on the happy memories you shared. You are invited to join us to remember your loved ones and reflect on the happy memories you shared. The symbol of the Garden of Memories ceremony is the sunflower. Sunflowers remind us of happiness and love, always turning to the sun. Please join us for this short uplifting ceremony which will include poems and songs. Upon receipt of your donation, there will be a sunflower icon at the ceremony, ready for you to collect on the day, write the name of your loved one on, and place in the Garden of Memories. Every donation you make in the name of a loved one helps us to continue to provide care for others. Did you know that £27 could pay for one hour of specialist nursing? The Garden of Memories is a symbolic display available for viewing on 18th June only, during the ceremony itself. After the ceremony you can take your sunflower home with you. Did you know? We have a Lasting Memories Tribute Fund page where you can build an online tribute to your loved one, share memories and light virtual candles. We have a beautiful Memory Tree looking out onto the garden of our In-Patient Unit? You can buy a leaf for the handmade tree with the name of your loved one engraved on it. Every leaf will not only be creating a special tribute to your loved one, but will help us to continue support our patients and their families by raising vital funds for us.
