This report is constructed by the Care Quality Commission, which discusses how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led our services are, to which we received a 'good' score in all areas.
Isabel Hospice Inspection Report
Isabel Hospice values all types of feedback as it helps us to improve the services we provide. The number of complaints we receive across our clinical services are relatively small but we look for themes in the type of complaints being made.
This report provides a summary of complaints relating to clinical care, received during 1st April 2017 and 31st March 2018.
