Your views are important to us and we welcome and value any comments and suggestions that might help improve our services. A simple idea could make all the difference to the way we care for patients and their families.

We strive to provide an excellent quality of care and support to our patients and their relatives, whether supported at home or cared for in our In Patient Unit.

If you are a patient or service user and have any concerns or comments, please share your thoughts through our Feedback form below:

    We will aim to provide an acknowledgement within three working days.

    All comments and complaints are recorded and fully investigated and when appropriate, action is taken to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

    We also like to hear when we are doing something well.

    So if you have had a good experience and want to compliment a member of staff, you can either talk to them directly, send them a card or use our feedback form below.
