Today is the start of #volunteersweek - an opportunity to celebrate and say thank you to people across the UK who give their time, in many different ways and in a variety of roles, through volunteering. At Isabel Hospice, our volunteers are vital to the work of our local charity – and we want to 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗳 them 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. A few weeks ago, we hosted some special ‘thank you lunches’, designed to celebrate our 40th anniversary in 2022 and also 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀.
