We are recruiting for two vacancies.

Area Manager

The Area Manager must be a forward thinking, experienced cleaning professional who can lead our cleaning team to ensure an engaged culture while maintaining a well-run effective and innovate cleaning operation. Experience of managing cleaning teams in a clinical setting or care home will be an advantage.

 Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Lead on all cleaning contracts to ensure our clients across several disciplines are receiving an outstanding service
  • Lead the cleaning teams to ensure there is an agile, dynamic and supportive working environment.
  • Add value and promote teamwork throughout
  • Be part of duty management rota to cover occasional weekend work (TOIL applies)
  • Maximise and ‘up-sell’ our services across current and future client accounts

Salary – £32-34K + car

Mobile Area Cleaning Supervisor

The Mobile Area Cleaning Supervisor must be a flexible, agile cleaning professional who can work independently and as part of a team. Experience of supporting/ managing cleaning teams in a clinical setting or care home will be an advantage.

 Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Reporting to the Area Manager, you will support them to ensure our clients across several disciplines are receiving an outstanding service
  • Knowledgeable of all client sites, able to cover for staff sickness and holidays
  • Add value and promote teamwork throughout
  • Flexible – be part of duty management rota to cover early mornings and evenings and weekend work (TOIL applies)
  • Maximise and ‘up-sell’ our services across current and future client accounts

Salary – £29-£30K

Cleaners

  • Cleaning Site Supervisor, Amwell School Stanstead Abbotts. Monday to Friday, term time only. 3-6pm.  Paid holidays, pension, uniform.
  • Cleaner, Inn at the Park cafe, Verulamium Park.  Everyday 8am – 9.30am. Paid holidays, pension, uniform
  • School cleaner, St. John’s Digswell.  Monday to Friday term time only. 4pm – 6.30pm. Paid holidays, pension, uniform.
