Isabel Hospice has teamed up with New Look to reward shoppers who donate their preloved clothing to the end-of-life-care charity.
As part of the ‘Donate, Feel Great’ scheme, customers are encouraged to pass on their good quality, any brand secondhand clothes, shoes and accessories to their local Isabel shop in exchange for a discount voucher to spend at their paired New Look store.
The initiative has been launched in conjunction with national charity Hospice UK, with the high street retailer pairing a record 368 hospice shops with their local New Look branch.
The aim is to help provide charities like Isabel Hospice with much-needed stock during challenging times as well as reduce the amount of clothing waste being sent unnecessarily to landfill.
Our two Isabel shops in Stonehills and Fretherne Road in Welwyn Garden City and our 34, Town Centre branch in Hatfield have been paired with New Look at The Howard Centre in Welwyn, while the Isabel shops at 72, Town Centre in Hatfield and at The Galleria have been paired with the New Look store at The Maltings shopping centre in St Albans.
Over in Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth, our shop in Bridge Street in Bishop’s Stortford has been paired with New Look in the town’s Jackson Square, while the Isabel shop in Forelands Place, Sawbridgeworth, has been paired with the New Look store at The Water Gardens in Harlow.
And lastly, Isabel Hospice’s shops in Station Road in Cuffley, Waltham Cross’s High Street and Turners Hill in Cheshunt have all been paired with New Look at Brookfield shopping centre in Cheshunt.

Unfortunately, this year we have seen the level of donations decline by 18%, so we are grateful that New Look is providing an incentive to come and donate to us.
“Our shops offer affordable preloved goods, which not only helps encourage sustainable shopping, but is especially important during the cost of living crisis so our customers have somewhere to go that offers great value.”
