Our Welwyn Village shop, named ‘Always Loved by Isabel Hospice’ is dedicated to women’s pre-loved womenswear and accessories, in a boutique environment. Whilst raising vital funds for the palliative care the hospice provides to the local community. All stock is carefully curated for the boutique, and we think you’ll find some great unique, and quality pieces to really enhance your wardrobe!

Our first hour of trading is a quiet hour, perfect for a more relaxed shopping experience. We realise that some may struggle with how overstimulating shopping can be. At Isabel Hospice we welcome everyone to shop preloved and have the opportunity to shop sustainably whilst supporting our cause. During our quiet hour we turn our music off, and make sure the shopping experience is as easy as possible for those who need it.

We gratefully receive donations and kindly ask that you call in advance if you’re dropping off particularly large donations to ensure we have capacity that day. You can find a list of accepted items here.
