ABOUT THE COURSE

Isabel Hospice and Garden House Hospice Care are delighted to be working alongside the palliative educationalist at Lister Hospital to support our CNS teams in the work we do.  This half day is an opportunity for CNS teams to meet each other from different areas.  There will be educational topics alongside an awareness about organisations who are there to support the work we do.  There will be an opportunity to learn from each other and we hope the CNS Forum will evolve to meet your highlighted training needs.
