ABOUT THE COURSE
An intermediate course which builds on foundation level communication skills training to develop increased confidence in communicating with patients and families in the arena of palliative care.

• Barriers to good communication
• Breaking bad news
• Techniques to facilitate good communication
• Working through difficult case studies
