This workshop will be facilitated by Isabel Hospice Community Development Team
These 2 hour online workshops to help start the conversation about death and dying and are open to all.
If you would like to Start the Conversation about death and dying for yourself, or with your family and friends, then why not join one of our free workshops to help you get started.
With a maximum of 12 people per workshop, you will have the space and permission to share your own thoughts and stories, and the opportunity to ask questions, and learn from each other.
You will learn more about Advance Care Planning and what to include e.g. your end of life wishes and preferences, Lasting Power of Attorney, Decision to Refuse Treatment, as well as receive tips to help you start the conversation.
Talking about death and dying can be difficult, but avoiding it can be even harder for you and your loved ones.
Thinking, talking, sharing and writing down what is important to you about your future takes time – so why not start the conversation today
Start the Conversation is a community collaboration between Isabel Hospice, Herts County Council and NHS partners to help people start thinking and talking about their end of life wishes, and then share that information with others
