A half day course to address the support needs of children experiencing loss and grief. This course is for all health and social care professionals who support children through losses.

• Gain an understanding of how children may experience loss and grief
• Improve awareness of children’s support needs
• Examine the theory behind loss and grief
• Address how children may find meaning at this difficult time

All health and social care professionals who would like a greater understanding of supporting children who experience loss. Suitable for health care professionals caring for adults, as well as children, as any health care professional may encounter a child requiring support.
