A one-day course to support professional development and requirements for non-medical prescriber updates. This course will be led by Lea van der Niet, Lead Nurse for Hospice at Home, Isabel Hospice and supported by Nicky Wood, Learning, Development and Education Lead.

• Whistle stop tour of pharmacology
• Heart Failure medicines and their use
• Diabetes at end of life
• A review of neuropathic drugs in palliative care
• Supporting patients with chronic respiratory issues through medications
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Non-medical prescribers or senior nurses with an interest in Medicines Management.
