As part of Dying Matters week, this session will allow time to explore, learn and share with others our experience of grief. It will delve into the language used around grief and how important it is.
Afternoon tea is provided.

This session is for anyone who has experienced grief or for anyone wanting to understand how to support someone who is grieving.
